When a patient is new to our practice, we make sure to spend a little extra time getting to know them and going over their smile goals with them during their first appointment. We also gather a lot of information, including a 3-D scan of your mouth, intraoral pictures, and all necessary X-rays. If you have dental insurance and plan on using your benefits, please bring your insurance card and a valid I.D. with you to your first appointment. To help streamline your first visit, please feel free to fill out and submit your new patient forms prior to your appointment. If you have any questions for our team, please don’t hesitate to ask.
